How to change your email and phone number and see the log of your sign-ins.

Under Profile information you can change your contact details and see when and from where your account was signed in to.

Profile Information (sample personal details), numbered 1–4: 1 the Authentication Logs button; 2 Name and Last Name; 3 Email and Phone Number; 4 Save changes

  1. Authentication Logs — opens the log of your sign-ins.
  2. Name and Last Name — come from the e-Government Gateway and cannot be changed.
  3. Email and Phone Number (with its country code) — you can change these.
  4. Save changes — becomes active once you change something.

Sign-in history

Authentication Logs has one row per sign-in:

Authentication Logs with two sign-ins (sample IP addresses, browser and times): the Event Type, Details, IP Address, User Agent, Successfully Logged In and Created columns

ColumnWhat it shows
Event TypeFor example, Login.
DetailsExtra information, if any.
IP Address and User AgentWhere you signed in from and with which browser.
Successfully Logged InYes if the sign-in worked.
CreatedDate and time.
